Not every individual or group can join a scheduled retreat. A Custom Men’s Retreat lets you choose the dates that work for you and/oryour group, while keeping everything that makes this experience meaningful: time in nature, meditation, music, sound and voice work, and the guidance of Alexander Gustave van Breemen.
A custom retreat is ideal for individual men or groups of friends/colleagues who want to share a deeper experience, existing men’s groups looking for time away together, teams and organizations that want to offer their people space to reset, and communities or associations planning a retreat for their members.

Length. From a short reset to a full week.
Focus. Together with Alexander, you can decide where to place the emphasis: meditation, music, sound and voice work or men’s rituals.
Group size. From a private retreat for one to groups of up to 10 men.
Whatever format you choose, the heart of the retreat remains: a safe and respectful space, the natural surroundings of Spain and Alexander’s experience of more than 17 years guiding men through inner work.

There is no minimum. You can come on your own for a private retreat with Alexander, or with a group of up to 10 men.
The price depends on the length, the group size and the programme. You will receive a clear proposal after your first conversation with Alexander.
Alexander will do his best to accommodate your preferred period, depending on his availability and that of the venue.
