DESCRIPTION:A focused day designed to step out of the demands of everyday life and into an environment and program that was created to calm and reset the system. You will discover proven\, practical tools that are easily integrated into your daily life\, supporting greater clarity\, focus and inner peace. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nWith a day program of meditation\, restoring and tension-relieving exercises (EBR/Qi-Gong) we gradually shift out of the constant state of doing and give the mind and body an opportunity to settle. Discover how rhythms and the use of the voice help creating great focus and tranquility. During the day we prepare ourselves this way for the concluding Men’s Ritual in which everything comes together and in which we touch upon states of being that are closed off in our busy\, daily schedule. \n\n\n\n\nThis program is particularly suited to men who feel they have been running on empty for too long — carrying too many responsibilities\, constantly switched on\, or simply reaching the point where they know that something needs to change and a strong impulse is needed.
