Meditation- and music teacher, professional musician, father, composer and experienced transcending sound & voice worker Alexander Gustave van Breemen has been guiding men in workshops, sessions, men's rituals and retreats for more than 17 years. Known in the Netherlands for his 1999 megahit “The Road Ahead,” he stepped away from the spotlight after a period of burnout, choosing a path of inner work and a different way of living.
He specialises in using music, rhythm and voice as transforming tools, which are used in many of his programs. He was inspired in this by Yoginâm who guided him on this journey towards Optimal Living since 2006.
His international work experience on festivals, conferences, trainings, retreats and workshops in Europe, Asia, The US, Australia and Africa is appreciated by many people from different traditions and has provided him with a widened experience of working and thinking within different cultures and backgrounds.
